La Niçoise Café is the culmination of one man’s dream. After achieving mastery over his craft within the cafes and bistros throughout Nice, Paris, and St. Tropez, Frederick Boukaïa's ambition and drive led him to America. Since 1979, Frederic’s skill as a restauranteur contributed to the success of such French-American eateries as DC’s La Niçoise, La Chaumière, The Rive Gauche, Virginia’s L’auberge Chez Francois, Tuscarora Mills, and Eiffel Tower Café.
